Do What Makes You Happy.
Happiness is just an idea until you do something about it.
Doing what makes you happy is easy, once you know what it is and have talked about it. Then set aside five minutes to one hour a day to do more of the things and activities that make you happy. Over time these small actions will get you to where you want to go. Small steps equal big happy results.
What you gain from doing your happiness is measurable—you can touch, see and feel it. It’s not something you may or may not benefit from; it’s something that will positively affect your life.
