HappyologistNo CommentIt’s on everyone’s minds as the clock sticks twelve: New Year’s Resolutions. But often our intention to stick with our goals peter out around the second week in January. Yet it’s easier than you may think to accomplish all your New Year’s Resolutions goals.
The top New Year’s resolution for 2013 is Losing Weight. Some of the other top resolutions are:
1. Spend more time with family and friends
2. Enjoy life
3. Quit smoking
4. Get out of debt
5. Learn something new
Breaking each into manageable steps, you can easily can attain these resolutions. For example: losing weight can be broken into; walking three times a week, eating more salads, and laughing more often (which increases happiness and burns calories.)
It’s important to see how each resolution is a stepping-stone to your ultimate goal and not outside your reach. Resolutions can be a great way to become happier and healthier. Make each resolution a part of your daily routine and you can accomplish all of them.
